Terms of use
Effective date: to be set at publication. These terms govern use of the Advanzio platform — the web console, the Advanzio mobile applications, and the connected services behind them — operated by Hameem Ventures LLP.
The service, plainly
Advanzio connects weighing machines to cloud services and applications: it records, transports, and analyses the measurements those machines produce. The platform is currently offered as a structured pilot to selected partner organisations under their respective arrangements with us; it is not yet generally available, and access is provisioned — not self-service.
The measurement stays the instrument’s
Advanzio is not a weighing instrument and is not part of the measurement chain. The legally relevant weight is produced and displayed by the approved weighing instrument itself; the platform mirrors, records, and analyses what the instrument reports. Where trade or regulation requires a certified measurement, the instrument’s own display and markings govern.
Accounts and acceptable use
Accounts are created by your organisation and are personal to you. Keep credentials private; what happens under your account is attributed to it. Use the service only for your organisation’s lawful business operations, and do not attempt to access another organisation’s data, probe the service’s boundaries, or interfere with its operation.
Your organisation’s records
Operational records — weighings, catalogues, transactions — belong to the organisation that produced them. We host and process them to provide the service. Responsibility for the business decisions made on those records stays with the organisation.
Service expectations during pilot
The platform is under active development. We work to keep it dependable — its offline-first design means machines keep working through outages — but during the pilot phase the service is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the pilot progresses. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the pilot service is limited to the amounts (if any) paid for it.
Ending use
Either side may end pilot participation per the underlying arrangement. On request at the end of participation, an organisation’s records are made available for export in a portable form.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Pune have jurisdiction.
Contact
These terms are drafted to describe the platform’s actual pilot-phase posture and are subject to legal review before general availability.
