Privacy policy

Effective date: to be set at publication. This policy covers the Advanzio platform — the web console at advanzio.co, the Advanzio mobile applications, and the connected services behind them — operated by Hameem Ventures LLP (“we”, “us”).

Advanzio is business software: it exists to keep honest records of weighing operations for the organisations that use it. We collect what the service needs to work, and nothing else.

What we collect

Account information. Your name, email address, and role, created for you by your organisation or its platform administrator. Advanzio has no self-service sign-up; accounts exist because your organisation provisioned them.

Operational records. The working data of the service: weighing records, item catalogues, machine registrations and their connection state, branches, and the transactions your machines report. These records belong to your organisation and are visible only within it, scoped by role and branch.

Device and technical data. The connectivity modules report operational state — network status, firmware version, diagnostic logs — used to run and support the fleet. The applications store working data on your device so they function offline; that local copy syncs with the platform when connected.

Feature configuration. The applications check a remote configuration service to determine which features are enabled for your account. This involves no advertising and no behavioural profiling.

What we do not do

• No advertising, and no data sold or shared for advertising — ever.
• No behavioural tracking or third-party analytics SDKs in the applications.
• No collection beyond what the service’s operation requires.

Where data lives

Platform data is hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider in the Asia-Pacific region (currently Singapore). Device-to-cloud traffic travels over encrypted connections.

Retention and control

Operational records are retained for the life of the organisation’s use of the service, because they are the organisation’s books. Account and organisational data changes are handled through your organisation’s administrator or by writing to us. For any privacy question, request, or complaint: support@advanzio.co.

We will post material changes to this policy at this address before they take effect.

This policy is drafted to describe the platform’s actual practice during its pilot phase and is subject to legal review before general availability.
