Liveness you can trust
Each machine shows online, offline, or last-seen-at — derived from the machine’s own reports and the broker’s own disconnect notice, never from wishful caching. A machine that vanishes ungracefully is marked offline within seconds; one that merely goes quiet is shown with the honest timestamp of its last word.
Remote WiFi management
Site networks are provisioned into modules before they ship, and managed from the console after: add a network to a machine — even one that is switched off — and the platform banks the intent, delivers it when the machine reconnects, and reports each step as it actually happens: adding… queued… live. Only the machine’s own acknowledgement advances the status; a hopeful server never marks its own homework. For a business with machines across branches, this is the difference between a settings change and a road trip.
Over-the-air updates with a safety net
Firmware is delivered remotely — including to whole fleets at once, each machine collecting at its own pace and resuming across power cuts. A new version gets exactly one chance to prove itself on boot; if it fails, the module reverts to the previous working firmware by itself. An update can be late; it cannot brick a machine.
Offline is not a fault
Connectivity loss never stops the work. The machine keeps weighing; the module keeps its ledger; the status lights keep answering can I use the machine? with a steady yes. The platform’s whole posture is that networks fail routinely and records must not.
A fleet console
Machines searchable and filterable by state, per-machine detail with connection facts, stored networks, catalogue state, and a live diagnostics view for the people who service them.
